Collection of Information

‍Arena Technology Solutions LLC (“ATS”) collects certain information on users that submit a form on the ATS website. For each user, ATS will collect name, email, business name, and other relevant information necessary to determine services to render or products to provide. In addition, ATS will maintain records on any engagements created and may use collected information for marketing purposes.

Financial information such as payment method and account information will be maintained through our third-party billing management platform (Freshbooks).

‍Use of Your Information

‍ATS uses the information it collects for internal business purposes and communication purposes. Additionally, User's / Client’s name, email address, phone number, business name, and other provided information may be shared with referring affiliates for purposes of tracking such referral as part of a “Channel Partner Agreement” or for partner marketing purposes as part of a "Joint Venture" or other combined service offering. ATS may also share the information it collects as part of a Mutual NDA or other legal contract governing such usage of information for the purpose of merger, acquisition, divestiture, capital raise, or any other legitimate business purpose.

‍Users / Clients may request a copy of all provided information or to have their account deleted by submitting a "Contact Form" on the website.
