Arena Growth Catalyst

The Arena Growth Catalyst is a selective, semi-annual program designed to help one high-potential business break through its next growth barrier.

During each application window, one company is chosen to receive a complimentary Arena Gauntlet™ Business Audit and a 90 minute strategic planning session through Arena. Built on Arena’s experience working with growing businesses, the goal is to diagnose artificial barriers to growth and define a practical roadmap to overcome them.

Who It’s For?

The Arena Growth Catalyst is open to all growth minded companies with at least $1 million in annual revenue.  Companies will be asked to submit verification of revenue to be considered for selection.

When is it?

The application deadline to be considered for the April 1st selection window is March 15th and the deadline for the Oct 1st selection window is Sept 15th.

What else?

The selected company will be contacted in early April or October to schedule their audit. Companies that are not selected will also be notified and invited to participate in the next session or explore other programs through Arena.

All applicants will receive a complimentary copy of The Holy Grail of Scale and access to the Arena Ops Hub for 3 months at no cost.

Discovery

Every audit includes an initial 1 hour discovery call with an expert in each of the 4 focus areas.

Information Gathering

After the initial discovery call, our experts will work with you to gather any additional information they need to prepare recommendations. Examples of this include conversations with key employees, surveys, requests for additional information or access to systems.

Presentation of Findings

Once we have the information from step 2, each expert will prepare and present a summary report that includes key findings, recommendations, and a proposal for implementing changes to improve your company — your roadmap to optimize each of the 4 focus areas.
